Steering Committee (SC): constituted by nine members of the Consortium who are the leaders of the work packages (WPs). and the Technical Coordinator. The SC is chaired by the Project Coordinator.
Technical Committee (TC): constituted by nine members of the Consortium who are the leaders of the work packages (WPs) and the Technical Coordinator. The TC is chaired by the Technical Coordinator.
Working Groups (WG): constituted by the participants in the work packages.
General Assembly (GA): composed of all the members of the Consortium.
Coordination:
This second phase is coordinated by Iberdrola S.A, that takes over Iberinco in this labor. In order to improve the efficiency to fulfil the many technical objectives of the Project, a Technical Committee, reporting to the Steering Committee, is created, focusing on the coordination of the technical actions in the Project.
