Welcome to OPERA Phase 1. Opera is the Open PLC European Research Alliance for new generation PLC integrated network. The first phase of OPERA Project finished successfully in December 2005 and the second phase (OPERA 2) is already running. You will find in this site the contents related only to Opera Phase 1.
